چکیده
The operational safety and reliability of an airplane must be integral part its design. use suitable materials that pass material certification tests is very important for a new aircraft next testing specific samples, sub-components, components such as the aileron. paper deals with non-destructive evaluation composite primary structural fatigue in accordance damage tolerance philosophy considering impact presence. NDT methods visual, eddy current, ultrasonic included phased array technique, are used inspections. A schedule inspections was created, durability verified.

Robotic Non-Destructive Inspection
Automation of non-destructive testing (NDT) of engineering components and structures represents one of the strategic objectives of many industries. It enables increases in accuracy, precision and speed of inspection while reducing production time and associated labour costs in contrast to manual inspection. The use of robots can provide additional flexibility and autonomy to automated NDT. Auto...
متن کاملNew Non-destructive Test Technique on Metal Inspection
− In this paper a new non-destructive testing (NDT) system focusing on micro size superficial defects in metals is presented. The innovative system is composed by a new type of eddy currents probe, electronic devices for signal generation, conditioning and conversion, automated mechanized scanning and analysis software. The key original aspect of this system is the new type of eddy currents pro...
متن کاملData fusion for automated non-destructive inspection
In industrial non-destructive evaluation (NDE), it is increasingly common for data acquisition to be automated, driving a recent substantial increase in the availability of data. The collected data need to be analysed, typically necessitating the painstaking manual labour of a skilled operator. Moreover, in automated NDE a region of an inspected component is typically interrogated several times...
متن کاملApplication of Laser Ultrasonics for the Non-Destructive Inspection of Complex Composite Aerospace Structures
Laser Ultrasonics is a non-contact inspection technology that uses lasers to induce and detect ultrasonic waves in a material system. LaserUTTM, the Lockheed Martin (LM) developed pulse-echo implementation of Laser Ultrasonics for composite structures, has been used to perform non-destructive inspections of over 22,000 production parts at the LM Aeronautics-Fort Worth facility since the first o...
متن کاملNon-destructive testing:the guarantee of the success of full scale aircraft fatigue test
The full scale aircraft fatigue test(FSAFT)is crucial for determining the fatigue life (or service life based on flight hours) of an aircraft group and for understanding its performance during whole service life. So far, FSAFT is the only means in correctly obtaining the fatigue life of an aircraft group. The early locating and finding repairable cracks and damages in critical structures of the...
